Primacy Fees

Primacy fees are mandated by the State of Missouri to be collected once per anum.

Meters less than 1" are assessed a yearly fee of $4.52.
Meters 1" or larger are assessed a yearly fee of $16.48
Meters 2" or larger are assessed a yearly fee of $41.16

Development Review Fee
Engineering review of proposed developments will be charged a $750.00 initial submission fee.
Subsequent submissions may incur additional fee's depending on the scope of the project.

Deposits

A $100.00 deposit is required per service connection. The deposits are applied to accounts after three years with no delinquencies for property owners and refunded upon termination of service for renters.
