Moving? Just contact us to let us know when you want to final your service (at least 24 hours prior). There is no form to fill out. If your $100 deposit has not already been applied to your account, it will be on your final bill.
Your final bill will be processed on billing day (around the 25th of every month). Our cutoff date for processing final bills is around the 15th of every month when we do meter reading. So, if you final your service after the 15th, you will have one additional bill. Your final bill will be processed the following month.
