A $100.00 deposit is required per service connection (cash, paper check, or money order only). The deposits are applied to accounts after three years with no delinquencies for property owners and refunded upon termination of service for renters.

Primacy fees are paid by the customers of Missouri's public water supply systems. These fees, which are mandated by the state of Missouri, help cover the cost of testing of the water supply, among other things as directed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Here in Greenwood,  we test the water supply twice a month.

We process the primacy fees every June billing, for what is due on July 21st.

Tampering with or breaking a meter lock is a crime in the state of Missouri and will result in the removal of your service meter.
