If you are a home builder wishing to start water service within the District, please return or email the completed Tap Application and Water Service Application forms, along with a copy of your photo ID.
A 5/8" meter set will cost $4000.00. The deposit will be $100.00 (cash, paper check, or money order; no debit/credit cards). They do have to be separate payments.
When you or your plumber calls to schedule a tap, we do need at least a 24-hour notice. Please note: There are certain days of the month that we cannot schedule a tap; the second Tuesday of every month and Meter Reading, which is around the 15th of every month.
