Missouri Sunshine Law, also known as "Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri", "...is the embodiment of Missouri's commitment to openness in government." This means that meetings, records, votes, deliberations, and actions of public governmental bodies are open to the public unless otherwise provided by law.
Most state and local entities ("public governmental bodies") must comply with the Sunshine Law. This includes water districts.
