Lead and Copper Survey

The EPA has enacted a new rule for lead and copper. The new rule is a result of the unfortunate event that occurred in Flint, Michigan.

The EPA is requiring all water service providers to submit a water service line inventor. We are asking for your assistance to comply by completing this survey.

Any service lines listed as "Unknown" will be considered to be LEAD by the EPA. Further actions will be required to identify the material of the "Unknown"; the EPA has not established these actions as yet.

If you are unable to complete this survey, please consider contacting your builder or a plumber to assist. We will be happy to help you with completing the survey if you allow us into your home/structure to investigate.
